Goodfoot Limited A Step in the Right Direction

Measuring the effect of training

SOME SAY WE CAN'T MEASURE THE IMPACT OF TRAINING. WE CAN.

As with all expenditure, training needs to justify its budget. With correct measurement, it can be shown that training saves a surprising amount of money for the business.

Goodfoot has created 10 Measurement Tools focused on the 4 key stages of training measurement:

Level 1       Measuring Reaction   (2 Measurement Tools

Level 2      Measuring Learning            (3 Measurement Tools)

Level 3       Measuring Behaviour Change    (2 Measurement Tools)

Level 4       Measuring Financial Return              (3 Measurement Tools)

CASE STUDY:

what we DID

We worked with 75 managers identified as the future senior management for the largest European construction company. We developed an accredited programme to ensure that they received the depth and grounding for high level future responsibility.

what our client SAID

“Goodfoot were able to develop our managers by giving the professional techniques which they could implement back in the workplace. Above all, my managers believed in the tutor, and the tutor showed acommitment and belief in each individual. All these factors enabled a high level of commitment, and results I was delighted with.

Goodfoot have always taken time to gain an in depth understanding of our requirements and have used this to develop bespoke solutions. They have consistently supported and driven projects through to the best conclusion and I would not hesitate to use them in future.”
