Goodfoot Limited A Step in the Right Direction

Our partnering approach

A PARTNERING APPROACH ENSURES HIGHEST IMPACT FOR YOUR TRAINING AND ENSURES THAT YOU REALISE MAXIMUM BENEFITS.

We develop a Partnering Charter with the purpose of ensuring that you receive high levels of satisfaction with respect to:
  1. Communication
  2. Goals
  3. Behaviour
  4. Value for money
  5. Quality
  6. Flexibility & responsiveness
A Governance Structure is established to ensure the ongoing monitoring of the Partnering Agreement. This ensures that the Partnering Agreement is a live concept, reviewed and updated on an ongoing basis.

A partnering agreement is also a useful ingredient to ensure cooperative and 'joined up' relationships between your training suppliers.

     THE JOURNEY TO PARTNERING

The journey to partnering involves dialogue through 3 stages. These stages may be separate events, or held over one meeting:

A:   PARTNERING WORKSHOP
This workshop is held to define:
  • Aspirations
  • Objectives
  • Strategy
  • Stakeholders
B:  VISION AND VALUES WORKSHOP
During this workshop we share and match our values and discuss:
  • Mutual Vision
  • Shared Values
  • Objectives
  • Barriers

C: STRUCTURAL WORKSHOP
During this workshop we define how the partnering agreement is to be kept alive:
  • Roles and responsibilities
  • Governance model
  • Measuring partnership effectiveness

CASE STUDY:

what we DID

We worked with a leading UK Food company to ensure that managers gained the confidence and skills to run complex projects. We developed a highly practical course which focused on activities, real life work issues and discussion of appropriate targeted solutions.

what our client SAID

“Goodfoot has recently completed a project management programme to support the introduction of a new NPD process to the business. Goodfoot listened to our needs and created a programme which could be used and flexed for junior staff as well as senior staff. The trick was merging the documentation for the new process into the project management skills themselves and work logically through the process. Bringing the process to life using this approach really helped understanding.

The feedback sheets and the subsequent roll out of the new process has meant that people are applying the skills immediately. In addition the feedback sheets showed a positive response to the training, outlining the key areas they would put into practice. We are very pleased with Goodfoot’s work for us which has resulted in them becoming our preferred supplier for project management training.”
