DID
We were asked to produce a Cultural Change Programme affecting over 10,000 staff in one of the top construction companies in Dubai. We commenced work at Board level, working with Directors to establish goals and priorities.
After gaining Board commitment to develop Management Capacity, we delivered a Management Development Programme alongside a Personal Development Review process to be rolled-out to the entire workforce. We trained in-house deliverers to ensure full process ownership.
