“Goodfoot has recently completed a project management programme to support the introduction of a new NPD process to the business. Goodfoot listened to our needs and created a programme which could be used and flexed for junior staff as well as senior staff. The trick was merging the documentation for the new process into the project management skills themselves and work logically through the process. Bringing the process to life using this approach really helped understanding.
The feedback sheets and the subsequent roll out of the new process has meant that people are applying the skills immediately. In addition the feedback sheets showed a positive response to the training, outlining the key areas they would put into practice.
