Overview
Morgan Sindall is a leading British Construction and Regeneration Group. They are committed to the development of their people at all levels of the organisation. As a growing business they wanted a structured management programme for all of their managers across both Construction and Infrastructure. This was targeted at all managers with no formal training, managers who wanted to refresh their skills and those managers new to Morgan Sindall.

The Approach
Tailored modules were developed with Morgan Sindall to cover a number of management topics including, Motivation and Leadership, Performance Management and Recruitment and Interviewing.
These modules were delivered using in-house policies and procedures whilst looking at practical elements of implementation, to ensure behavioural change.

Outcomes
Over 90% of the 100 plus managers that went through the Management Programme gained an ILM Level 3 in Leadership and Management.
Employees feedback indicated that they felt their management skills had greatly improved and they had gained practical skills which they could take back to the workplace along with a qualification.
